Chinese Dumpling Festival
The Chinese Association of Science and Technology – Utah chapter (CAST-UT) once again will be holding the annual Chinese Dumpling Festival in Salt Lake City.
CAST-UT would like to invite all dumpling lovers to join us for an afternoon of wholesome family fun and great food. We will show you how to make the dumpling from scratch. Get ready for some fun kneading, folding and wrapping! We will then cook what you’ve made and enjoy them together.
Date and Time: 12pm Saturday, November 3, 2018

Admission:
– Dumpling making lesson: Free
– Dumpling tasting: $5 (Members and Kids under 5 free, may apply for membership onsite)
