3/29【犹他新冠病毒疫情简要日报】Utah Novel Coronavirus Daily Briefing

1. 美国 – 截止6pm MDT，全国确诊新冠病毒病例: 142,082 (自昨晚6pm +18,211)。死亡: 2,482(+315)，治愈: 2,665(+1,592)。 (https://coronavirus.1point3acres.com/)  
2. 犹他州UDOH 中午公布的确诊新冠病毒病例 719(+117)，含死亡病例 2。其中犹他居⺠705(+117): Bear River 9(+1), Davis 69 (+10), Salt Lake 321(+45), San Juan 4(+3), Southeast Utah 1(+1), Southwest Utah 14(+1), Summit 151(+24), Tooele 9(+1), TriCounty 1, Utah 50 (+20), Wasatch 39(+3), Weber-Morgan 37(+8); 外州游客14。犹他州新冠病毒病例的增⻓仍然为亚指数增⻓ (p=0.76)：http://castut.org/covid-19/utah0329.jpg
3. 犹他州Ken Garff 汽车集团主席，前犹他州众议院发言人，Bob Garff，2020年3月29日下午因感染新冠病毒去世。这应该是犹他州第三例因感染新冠病毒死亡病例，但暂未包含在UDOH每日1pm 公布的统计中。
4. 盐湖郡郡长和卫生局今天下达了“Stay Safe, Stay Home”居家安全法令，以防止新冠疫情的进一步散布。这个强制性法令将于今夜3/30 12:01am生效直至4/13晚上11:59pm。法令详细内容请见：https://slco.org/globalassets/1-site-files/health/programs/covid/pho/staysafestayhome_newsrelease.pdf 。违反法令者将被视为二级轻罪，重犯者为一级轻罪，但郡政府建议一般给与警告而不是直接指控。
5. 为支持病人的药物治疗并保持社会距离，犹他大学医疗系统开始提供邮递药物到家门口的服务。病人可以要求医生把自己的电子药方送至犹他大学邮递药物中心，也可以通过自己的电子病历直接要求补充常用药。

7. FDA于三月二十八日发出了更新了的《进口非NIOSH批准的一次性过滤性面部呼吸器》紧急使用资质的授权信（ https://www.fda.gov/media/136403/download），符合中国GB 2626-2006标准的KN系列口罩不在名单之中。如果KN95口罩先前没有得到FDA认证的话，近期就不能进口或者捐赠到美国正轨医院使用了。FDA在3/2和3/27也先后发布了《NIOSH批准的空气净化呼吸器》紧急使用资质的授权信，CDC 列出了经NIOSH批准的颗粒过滤性面部呼吸器产品列表，其中有不少中国厂家的产品可以进口到美国：https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/npptl/topics/respirators/disp_part/n95list1.html

3. Bob Garff, the chairman of the Ken Garff Automotive Group and former Utah House speaker, died of the coronavirus in the afternoon on March 29, 2020. This should be the third death case of the coronavirus in Utah, but not yet counted in the UDOH webpage that is updated at 1pm everyday.
4. On 3/29, Salt Lake County Mayor Jenny Wilson and Salt Lake County Health Department issued a public health order: “Salt Lake County: Stay Safe. Stay Home.” to enact further protections designed to limit the spread of COVID-19. The new order is effective tonight (12:01 a.m. on Monday 3/30) and will be in place until 11:59 p.m. on Monday 4/13. 5. Mail Order Pharmacy – U of U Health Mail Order Pharmacy services can support patients in physical distancing as well as in maintaining their medication therapy. Medications will be delivered to your house. Ask your provider to send prescriptions to U of U Mid valley Mail Order in EPIC. Patients can order refills directly either through MyChart.
6. A free and temporary network of emergency childcare programs has been established to meet the needs of essential employees in the public health and safety sectors during the COVID-19 pandemic. 7. On Mar 28, FDA reissued the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) letter of “Imported Non-NIOSH-Approved Disposable Filtering Facepiece Respirators”. KN-series masks that meet China GB 2626-2006 Standards are NOT in authorization letter therefore cannot be imported for use in US hospitals without previous FDA-certification ( https://www.fda.gov/media/136403/download). FDA has previously issued EUA on “NIOSH-Approved Air Purifying Respirators”, and CDC has a list of NIOSH-Approved N95 Particulate Filtering Facepiece Respirators, which includes many products from manufactories in China that can be imported to the US:  https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/npptl/topics/respirators/disp_part/n95list1.html.
