  4. 犹他州公园再次开放并接受所有人游览。但是不接待那些收到当地卫生结构颁发限制令的人员。

Utah COVID-19 Cases reported by Utah Department of Health as of today: 2,805(+122) confirmed cases total, number of people tested 55,771, positive rate 5.03%; Hospitalization 244(+6), 8.70% of the total cases; death cases 23(+2), death rate 0.82%; recovered cases 443(+86). The growth of coronavirus cases in Utah has been mainly following sub-exponential growth trend (p=0.54): http://www.castut.org/covid-19/utah0417en.png. The average growth is 4.73% per day for the last 14 days, and 3.99% for the last 7 days.   3. Salt Lake County Mayor Jenny Wilson has announced that the stay-home portion of the county’s health order was being rescinded starting at 5 p.m. today. But social distancing guidelines are still in place and social gatherings are still prohibited in the order. Individuals also need to continue to wear face coverings when going out in the community.   4. Utah State Parks reopen to anyone, except those under local health restriction.
  5. Utah officials announced Utah Leads Together 2.0.  Expected ‘stabilization’ starting from late April or Early May, while recovery starting from 2020 fall. Utah is launching color-coded health risk guidance system for different communities. Currently, the entire State is still in a high-risk (red color) phase. When it comes to returning to business as usual and the state is in a position to cautiously begin the steps to reopening the state economy.   6. Today, on behalf the Chinese Utahns Alliance Against Covid-19/Coronavirus, Bill Jiang, President of the Alliance, Liyu Lin, President of the Utah Indochina Chinese Benevolence Society, and Simon, Vice-President of the Univ of Utah CSSA, donated 2,500 disposable masks and 25 protective suits to Salt Lake City Police Department, and donated 1,000 disposable masks to Asian Association of Utah’s Refugees & Immigration Center.
