犹他州部分城市和郡，个人和商业活动的指导仍为中等风险等级（橘黄色）。处于中等风险的城市包括Bluff, Magna, Mexican Hat, Salt Lake City, West Valley City. 另外Grand County为处于中等风险等级的郡。其余城市或郡的个人和商业活动仍处在低风险（黄色）。在每个风险等级下，高危人群都要遵守更严格的指导，因为他们更易感染。

Specific instructions and guidelines for individuals and businesses in the moderate risk phase (orange) of the color-coded health guidance system. Cities in moderate risk phase include Bluff, Magna, Mexican Hat, Salt Lake City, West Valley City. Additionally, Grand County is also in moderate risk phase. The cities and counties not in the list remian in low risk phase (yellow).  In every phase, high-risk individuals need to operate under stricter instruction.

  3. On Mah 20, Utah officals relreased Utah Leads Together 3.0. The new version reaffirms the guidalines for high-risk populations. Utah Leads Together 3.0 outlines measures to ensure the help needed by multi-cultural communities, which includes increase in language accessible information, assistance in the coordination of disseminating information, increase service engament in underserved communities and effots for economic sustainability among diverse businesses.   5. Memorial day adjustments of tests:  all University of Utah Health COVID-19 testing sites will be closed on Memorial Day except for Park City.
  6. Funding is available for small Utah companies to offset international business costs! There is no need to travel internationally to take advantage of this opportunity (https://wtcutah.com/grants/step-grant/). Examples of expenses covered by the STEP Grant include:
  • Fees for shipping sample products. 
  • Cost of compliance testing an existing product(s) for entry into an export market. 
  • Export research tool subscription used to assist STEP Clients with market research.
  • Website translation into foreign languages, search engine optimization, and localization services. 
  • Design of marketing media to commensurate with STEP’s statutory objectives.

Its purpose is to coordinate COVID-19 related efforts and information in the outbreak period. The daily briefing has shared key information among Chinese Utahans for nearly 2 months since the outbreak.
